IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Absolutely! We use SSL Security Encryption to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real-time by entering your order tracking number on the Track Orders page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days. Shipment times depends on your destination.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

I CHECKED TRACKING NUMBER AND GOT THE MESSAGE "TRACKING DOES NOT EXIST". WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up. The international tracking number usually takes up to 3~5 business days to be available online for tracking.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have 18 hours to change your mind and cancel your order with no reason necessary. If there are more 18 hours your order was already processed and canceling your order is not possible anymore.

YOU MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER.

We are very sorry. Please email support@coolstuffgo.com and we’ll work with you to correct the mistake. Send us a photo of the error so we can verify the claim and correct it.
